I don't understand why down 2-1 in 8th with Escobar leading off with a walk , he didn't send Gore in to pinch run.- why is he on the team. The threat of a steal would have placed pressure on a relief pitcher who just came in and walk a batter on 5 pitches. Has Marrero as back up third baseman - again if don't use why on the roster - and at this stage of the game he maybe not even get a chance to bat..
